Master data forms the basis for all business processes over a long period of time. Accurate master data are not only important within our system. They are often passed on to other IT systems (e.g. DATEV), a business warehouse, or the tax office.
That’s why we leave nothing to chance with master data: we enter these manually into our system according to the dual control principle. Only after the master data has been checked by a second employee, who documents this check in the system, is the master data transferred to the ERP system.
By the way: correct master data guarantee that your tenants are satisfied. For example, the correct settlement of service charges is possible only if the system has perfect master data.
